How We Work
1. Initial Design Consultation
This is where we begin to understand your vision. The conversation starts with a phone call or email, where we’ll discuss your initial ideas and suggest ways to bring those visions to life. This is a no-obligation chat before you take the next step on your wellness journey..
2. The Specifics
At this stage, we will ask for specific project requirements, including your home location. We may ask you to take some photos (or even record a short video) and maybe some basic measurements. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us.
3. Site Visit
Armed with your key information, we’ll come to visit your home where we’ll take more detailed measurements and assess any other practicalities such as access to your property. With this information, we can provide you with an accurate quotation.
4. Email Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming your sauna package and any other key information you may need. At this stage, you’ll give us the go ahead and we’ll begin the process of making your sauna. Start buying those robes.
5. The Waiting Game
We then progress with your order, creating the relevant visuals for our design team to begin the fun part: making your home sauna. This process usually takes four weeks.
6. Into Factory to be Made
Your bespoke sauna will be home-made in our factory with the finest Nordic wood materials. During this stage, we’ll send you updates on our progress. If you like, we can send you some pictures and videos of your sauna being made.
7. Free Service for 3 Months
All Wellness One, customers will get their first three months’ services for free. This allows us to ensure you’re 100% happy with your product and that everything remains in good working order.
8. Continued Maintenance
If you want to ensure the longevity of your sauna, you may wish to select a servicing package with us. Servicing packages are flexible and designed to suit a range of requirements.
9. Start your wellness journey here
From Dream to Steam Your process begins with an initial design consultation and lasts three months after installation, when we’ll come to service your sauna. If required, you can select an aftercare package, too.
